Advantages- advantages from working from home is that you don’t have to leave the house which is handy if you are working in an office you could get stuck in traffic while going to and from work. Another advantage is that you could stretch your hours out in the day and work couple hours in the morning and then do the rest later on when it suits you.
Disadvantages-some people could become lazy when working at home and could always put the work off by thinking I’ll do it later when they won’t however working in an office they would be more likely to get it done. Also many people enjoy the social side of going to work and if you are a person working from home you will not be able to enjoy the social side of working in an office
Threats- There is a better chance of being hacked because the fire walls wouldn’t be as advanced as in a company. The back up storage isn’t as secure as it would be in an office
Having Flexible hours is definatly a great advantage to working from home, but having a strict schedule is good as long as you can stick to it. But i think that a lot of people will get lazy, do you think that you would do that?
